Food And Oxygen VS Cancer

Everyone on this planet has had some kind of contact with this horrific disease , whether it was or is a family member , a close or dear friend , a co-worker , a neighbor or just someone you struck up a conversation with while standing in line somewhere . Their stories are some of the saddest and hardest ones to tell , but what if it wasn’t the Cancer but the Cure that killed them ?                                                                                                                                                             Every Cancer doctor will offer in their opinion the 3 Major ways to combat Cancer , 1) Surgery 2) Radiation 3) Chemotherapy , because he could be hauled in front of the Medical Board or even face criminal charges for offering alternative cures .                                                                                                                                Why ? It’s because the big Drug Companies would lose millions of dollars in profits and their shares would drop . Not only that but the American Cancer Society , the National Cancer Institute and other major Oncology centers are systematically suppressing the other many natural ways to cure Cancer .                                                                                                                                              Cancer Cells are Anaerobic which means they thrive in an Oxygen free enviroment , these abnormal cells live and multiply through a fermentation process and they cannot withstand Fresh Oxygen . Cancer patients can easilly get into a downward spiral when the body’s cells become run down and they attract less Oxygen from the bloodstream causing them to become even more rundown , Cancer thrives in this downward spiral , thats why it is essential for patients to have regular blasts of Fresh Oxygen , these blasts causes the Cancer cells to shrival up and die by the millions , something you probablly never heard of before which isn’t surprising .                                                                                                                                                        There are many methods of Oxygenating your body’s cells but 2 stand out more because of their price and availability  Food and Exercise here is why !                                                                                                                                         Food-  A diet highest in oxygen is a raw food diet with a high concentration of fruits, green vegetables and sprouted seeds and nuts. This is largely because live fruits, green vegetables and sprouted/soaked seeds and nuts are composed of water, which is hydrogen and oxygen and mostly oxygen by weight.                                                                                                                                                       The green in the vegetable is chlorophyll which is very close in atomic structure to human blood. Chlorophyll has a magnesium atom and human blood differs only with an iron atom. With enzymes from raw food the magnesium ion is changed to an iron one making blood that can transport oxygen for human use instead of CO2 for plant use. Choose foods rich in chlorophyll such as dark green leafy foods like spinach, broccoli, kale, mustard greens, spirulina, chlorella and blue-green algae.                                                                                                                         Cooking kills the Oxygen and Enzymes ( Enzymes are almost as important and in some ways more important ). They are also excellent sources of alkalizing minerals , which help your cells stay at healthy PH , and anti-oxidants , which protect your cells from free radical damage . An Oxygen-depleting diet would consist of one high cooked foods, red meat , sugar , saturated fats , white bread , processed and frozen foods and carbonated beverages . Switching to an oxygen rich diet oftens brings immediate energy and a more vibrant face, skin and a positive attitude .                                                                                                                                     Exercise-   Aerobic exercise is any exercise that increases the level of oxygen in the body. This exercise, whether it be breathing more, walking, jogging, cycling, dancing, or swimming, conditions the heart and lungs to work more efficiently. Both work to maintain our maximal oxygen uptake.  When the lungs give the heart the oxygen it needs it does not have to over work and make it more susceptible to heart attacks. Most fitness experts recommend a minimum of 30 minutes a day three to five times a week.

Deep breathing in a slow and relaxed way oxygenates and relaxes the body. Deep coordinated inhalation brings oxygen to the tissues, while deep exhalation moves wastes from the body.  Without proper breathing coordination built up tensions cause our breathing to become erratic and shallow. By consciously replacing that habit by deeper breathing, we can bring partial benefits to both the mind and body.  But beware of deeper breathing that actually restricts optimal breathing.                                                                                                                                        Some other ways to help you to become healthier is to buy air-purifying machines which remove and destroys air pollutants , water- purifying units which not only purify the water but also increases the oxygen level in the water itself .                                                                                                                                                       To me I would rather spend about $30 at the store and walk around my neighborhood rather than to give $1000′s for something that will poison my body , but hopefully someday we will see the end to this disease and with the advancement of technology and break throughs that are happening everyday , it may be sooner rather than later !

Achieve Your Goals By Different Surfing Habits

Everyone has their favorite way of using the internet. Many of us search to find what we want, click in to a specific website, read what’s available and click out. That’s not necessarily a bad thing because it’s efficient. We learn to tune out things we don’t need and go straight for what’s essential.

This goal-oriented way of surfing the web is largely based on short-term results. For example, finding facts to write a blog post, doing a comparison before making a purchase and reading a news site to find out what’s happening right now.                                                                                                                                             If you do all this everyday it becomes like an unconscious habit. You go to the same familiar sites, click from link to link, extract what you want, linger a little for online chit-chat before drifting somewhere else.If you’re a online marketer or business owner, you want to maximize your profits and sphere of influence. In order to achieve that, many things need to be done: on the practical side of things you need to get more targeted web traffic, optimize your sales page, promote your brand, increase your opt-in subscribers, network with peers, build links, provide customer service, create content/products, test your design/interface etc. All of these tactics are all directed towards the end goal of getting more customers and making more sales.                                                                                                                                                                                                        In order to reach this goal, incremental improvements to your business or strategy must be made everyday. You need make small tweaks, adjustments and innovations consistently to build on your success. These gradual step by step improvements will help you to reach your objective. But how do you constantly improve and stay on track to reach your income goal?

A simple way to do this is to surf or use the internet with greater awareness in order to actively archive/assimilate what is beneficial. Awareness doesn’t refer to a serene zen-like consciousness of the websites you visit but rather, the awareness to connect what you do or experience online with the ultimate success of your business or goals. It should all link back to that final end.

And the way you do this in practice is easy: Maintain an all-purpose swipe file and record what you find interesting or useful when you surf the web everyday. To set this up for use while surfing the web, sign up for a free online bookmarking site or install a browser addon. Anything that allows you to bookmark webpages and/or write down your thoughts with just one or two clicks. You want to make it as easy and as hassle-free as possible.

Banks Are History

So many people are starting to notice the changes in the way we conduct business, both in our professional and in our personal lives. Everything from the way we sigh up for car insurance to the way we bank has changed. Some say that it is for the better while others feel that the old fashioned way of doing things was better. There will always be two sides of the spectrum but in the end, it is apparent that times have changed and the simple things like banking will never be the same again and that may not be a bad thing.

Instead of the traditional banking services, people are finding themselves using exchange brokers. It seems that exchange brokers are the way to go when you want to make sure that you are getting the most out of your money. Basically, the broker is a middle man, one who works to bargain with or make contracts with others on the behalf of the person who hires the broker.

Exchange brokers are also people who deal notes, bills, or money. For the purposes you will need a broker for, the exchange brokers are exactly what you are looking for. Of course, you will want to be a little careful when deciding just whom you will work with as your broker. You do not want just anyone working with you and your money. It has to be someone you can trust.

If you are unsure as to where you should begin, you might want to ask your friends and family about the exchange brokers that they are using. You might just be surprised to learn that there are many more exchange brokers than you knew about. Ask them about their experiences and whether or not they would recommend the exchange brokers that they have been working with. The more information they are willing and able to give you, the easier it will be for you to make the right decision for your financial needs.

Once you start working with exchange brokers and you know just how everything should work, you will find that you may or may not like the original broker that you started out with. It is important to remember that you do not have to keep with the same broker that you have started out with. You can change brokers whenever you feel the need. Of course, the ideal situation to find yourself in is having a broker that you are comfortable with and that will do the best job possible for you. When you take your time in selecting the exchange brokers that you will work with, you will have a better shot at getting the best set up right from the start.                                                                                                                                                        To learn more then click this link  www.thecaym.com and then enter referral ID # 17438

Micro-Scripts

Behavioral scientists tell us that in moments of crisis, we shift to accurate—instinctive intelligence that skips conscious reasoning because it doesn’t have time. Intuition that is remarkably fast and accurate—instinctive intelligence that skips conscious reasoning because it doesn’t have time.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Our intuition comes from a built-in set of  “heuristics,” more commonly know asRules of Thumb—” which are automatic mental instructions to take a pre-set action for the best outcome. We’re born with them , they tell us how to act instantly without analyzing all of the facts .

But what they’re really showing us is doing the opposite of what schools and corporations have always taught us: the heart of the matter when it counts – the true bottomline – by doing the opposite of what schools and corporations have always taught us : they litarally make us discard information - not collect it  to get smarter.

When things get complicated and tense, our built-in heuristics or Rules of Thumb show us that simpler makes us smarter – too much data gums up the works !                                                                                                                                                                                                        We have heuristics for everything. When your caveman buddy throws a rock at your head – a heuristic tells you to duck .Fix your gaze on the rock. If the angle stays constant DUCK  ! One action solves all the rest , it’s the same rule of thumb a dog uses to catch a frisbee .

Rules of Thumb originally evolved as part of our unconscious. But other Rules of Thumb we’ve learned to invent to guide us through life -like Where’s theres smoke theres fire or Buy low and sell high .

To be successful there are three real communication big ones. A few rules that are so encompassing, so overarching, we’ll call them…The three big rules !                                                                                                                                                                                                     RULE  ONE :

In today’s world – what’s important is not so much what people hear , but want to repeat it after you have said it !                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            RULE TWO :                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          What they want to repeat are called  Micro-Scrpits ,  these are a mini set of powerful, memorable words—four or five maybe, that can be instantly memorized to share and have affect on others .                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        RULE THREE :                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Always build them on a  DOMINATE SELLING IDEA ( DSI ) . A (DSI) is one of the most unique , important and ownable advantage that you can claim and others can not !  It’s your single best point of difference .                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          The difference between a (DSI) and a Micro-Script is that the (DSI) is your Objective Advantage or key difference and the Micro-Script is a Verbal Expression of that difference in vivid , descriptive kinds of words that people like and are easy to remember .

Five Methods of Finding and Using Long Tail Keywords

Here is a list of five methods you can use to discover the long tail keywords that are relevant to your website and niche. These methods consist of effectively utilizing several online web tools as well as basic content development tactics .                     1. Keyword Analytic and Tracking Programs                                              Finding the right keyword/analytic program that works for your website or blog is esential but sometimes they can deliver way to much information for beginners and sometimes experienced Network Marketers to handle .                                  Reasons for this is that some have a poor Keyword Management Interface , while others have Weak Performance on new websites .
2. Internal On-Site Search Boxes                                                              Monitor what keyword phrases users are searching for on your website and create pages with these exact keywords and variations of these keyword phrases. This is a passive and useful way of developing long tail keyword rich webpages.                 Your visitors are effectively doing all the research for you and their search behavior usually corresponds in some way to the general public’s search habits .                    3. Online Keyword Research Tools . Google Adwords Keyword Tool and SEO Book keyword Suggestion Tool can help you dtermine the profitability of a Niche . These tools can also help you to develop a broad range of secondary keywords when you type in a core keyword such as “ Home Based Business ” . Both of these tools will give you a long list of tools sorted according to their search volume.     These keywords and phrases are components of long tail keywords you should target. What you should do is to keep a list of these keywords in an accessible document and when you write any article, be sure to include at least one of these keywords as your title tag.                                                                                   4. Competitor Analysis: Finding their Long Tail Keywords                    Learning how your competitor gets traffic to their website is a powerful strategy because your competitor has already targeted a whole bunch of long tail keywords. You’ll only need to optimize your site and create new pages which target these keywords as well .                                                                                           There are two ways to find your competitors keywords. One is to visit their websites and analyze their webpages, check out their title and meta tags, along with their backlinks if you have the time. The benefit of this detailed research is that you’ll come to understand your competitors a lot better.                                                             A faster method to perform competitor keyword analysis would be to use free online keyword parsing tools like SEODigger, which allows you to immediately find out which keywords your competitor is targeting by simply inputing their site URL.          5. Natural Long Tail Keyword Development                                                  This is the simplest way to develop long tail keywords because it doesn’t require much research at all. All you have to do is to make sure that you update your website or blog more frequently by adding new webpages and core keyword-friendly content. The key emphasis here is frequency. If you’ve just started a new blog, get it indexed by Google first and then and post as frequently as possible to increase your content visibility on the search engines.

Search Engine Traffic and Long Tail Keywords

The benefits of increasing search engine traffic to any website are many. For online retailers and affiliate marketers, this means a higher potential for greater product sales and referral commissions.

For the average blogger, the increase in search engine traffic means a bigger audience and possibly more long term profit from the display of on-site or privately arranged advertisements.

Understanding how to consistently send more search engine traffic to your website  and the effective manipulation of traffic-directing long tail keywords.

What are Long Tail keywords?

Long tail keywords are simply multi-phrase search queries which visitors use on search engines to arrive at your website. These longtail keywords are much more targeted than the general or main keyword topic and they literally embody a visitor’s need for specific information.

Here is an example. ‘Credit Cards‘ is the general keyword topic and long tail keywords within this niche includes terms such as the following:

  • credit cards for people with bad credit
  • list of low interest credit cards
  • benefits of small business credit cards
  • no annual fee credit cards for students

These long tail keywords are actual search queries, therefore optimizing your site and creating content to match these search queries will allow you to attract visitors who search for information via these and similar search terms.

Benefits of Long Tail keywords

Here are four main reasons why you should consider optimizing your website for long tail keywords:

  • Long tail keywords lead to higher conversions. Visitors arriving through multi-phrase search queries might be more likely to make purchases or convert on affiliate programs or recommendations. By targeting these longtail phrases, you are effectively targeting a market of potential buyers.
  •

  • Long tail Keywords are Easier to rank. It is much easier to make your website rank well on search engines for longtail keywords because of the generally weaker competition.
  •

  • More Visitors to your website. Targeting long tail keywords will gradually lead to more search engine traffic because you’ll have a lot of pages indexed and ranking for specific phrases related to your website/business. This means increased visibility and therefore a much larger amount of search engine traffic.
  •

  • Higher monetization potential. Search engine visitors are very valuable because they are targeted individuals who are seeking specific information and hence are more likely to click on contextual ads or subscribe to your site newsletter or blog feed. This grows your audience and allows you greater monetization potential in the long run through product sales or the use of third-party ad networks.                                                                                                                                                                                  In my next post I will share with you 5 ways to find and target your Long Tail Keywords .

Blog Traffic to Affiliate Money Making

The key to making money through affiliate programs or other forms of advertising is traffic, which is simply the sheer number of visitors who arrive at your blog daily.

In terms of affiliate marketing, the more visitors you have, the more opportunities or capacity you will have to recommend or successively promote any products, services or websites.

There are many different ways to market your blog and gain more visitors which will eventually allow you to make money through blog-based affiliate marketing. The use of blog traffic exchanges is one method you should consider.

How do Blog Traffic Exchanges Work?

Blog Traffic Exchanges are simply websites which operate on a reciprocal viewing ratio, whereby you’ll manually surf and visit various blogs in the network, in return for other users to visit your blog.

What are the requirements to use a Blog Traffic Exchange?

The most basic prerequisite is that you will need to own a blog. Registration for these blog traffic exchanges are usually free and all you’ll need to do is to submit your blog and start surfing to accumulate traffic credits, which will ensure that other users surf and visit your blog as well.

Do I really need to use a Blog Traffic Exchange?

I would say that these exchanges are very useful for new blogs who need to get more exposure but established blogs with strong organic traffic from search engines, probably do not need to use them.

Types of Blog traffic exchanges

There are several of them out there and most of the ones I’ve tried seem to have similar blogs on their networks. BlogExplosion and BlogMad are two of the largest traffic exchanges out there and I suggest only using them if you don’t have much time.

Benefits of Using Blog Traffic Exchanges

  • Free exposure for new blogs. New blogs usually have very little referral or search traffic and the focus is on getting people to know your blog actually exists. Blog Traffic exchanges can perform this function and may even help to increase your initial reader base before organic traffic from search engines starts to kick in.
  •

  • Building long-term referral traffic. Traffic exchange visitors are all bloggers and are the people you want to attract when you are trying to build a much bigger readership. The more bloggers you have reading your blog, the more potential for incoming links and future referral traffic.

Negative Effects on Publisher Accounts with ad networks

Some bloggers have suggested that advertising networks like Adsense do not allow the use of traffic exchanges, because they generate artificial traffic and ad impressions.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          I would recommend that you email your ad network to confirm if they allow the use of traffic exchanges.  I personally would not run any advertising programs while using these exchanges.

Visitor Traffic is Poorly Targeted

Blog traffic exchanges are similar to StumbleUpon in that you’ll never really know what to expect. For some exchanges like Blog Explosion, you can choose to surf blogs only in a specific field but I’m not sure how many users actually use this function.

Unlike search traffic, visitors coming through traffic exchanges do not require or seek specific information so anything you offer could be hit or miss. I suggest sticking to general topics if you are promoting affiliate programs.

Limited Market Scope

The traffic that you are trying to monetize is actually limited only to the users of each Traffic Exchange. This means that after consistently using each exchange for a while, the quality of the traffic as it relates to affiliate programs might decrease.

How to Use Traffic Exchanges to Make Money from your Blog

Before I get into the gritty details on how you can effectively monetize blog traffic exchange visitors, I’ll be very clear on what type of blogs will work best for this.

  • Your blog should have unique content and should not just be a feed scrapper blog which reposts articles and links. Spam and copyright issues are of some concern to blog traffic exchange networks.
  •

  • The blog must not be a sales letter or website in disguise. I’m referring to blogs whereby every single article sells a product or contains various affiliate links. Bloggers and exchange network admins can usually identify these sites as spam, not to mention that it might negatively impact the trust level of a new visitor.
  •

  • Blogs with cookie-cutter templates will not work as well as blogs that have unique and well designed themes. This is a simple fact because you only have less than 30 seconds before the visitor clicks through to the next blog. The design must magnetize and capture the blogger’s attention.
  •

  • The first blog post on the blog should not use excerpts or the more tag. The blog post should be displayed in full so there is less risk that the visitor will ignore it. Other non-monetized posts without affiliate links should be excerpted.
